The Signature Poet
This presentation uses poetry, monologues or performance pieces to highlight the attributes of a company or organization. We will meet with the client and find out what information, thoughts or sentiments they would like expressed, we will conduct research on the background of the organization, and then create a poem or monologue to commemorate a special event for your company or organization.
Grant Writing 101
This workshop is designed specifically for individual artists who have never applied for a grant with Canada Council, Ontario Arts Council or Toronto Arts Council before. This is a three hour interactive workshop that will teach artists the basics grant writing. What the arts juries look for, how to clearly state your thoughts, and we will guide them in the grant writing process from beginning to end. By the end of this workshop the client should be able to develop and write a stronger grant or proposal.
Many artists are so busy performing or creating, that they don't have the time to create their Artist Bio. We will create a one page biography that you can use for press kits, your website or other promotional materials.
These consulting services are set up for anyone who wishes to enhance their creativity, through a one on one consultation. This can be done for artists preparing for an audition, individuals who wish to improve their communication skills through improv and acting, or someone who is considering pursuing a career in the arts, but doesn’t quite know where to start. We meet with the client and create an action plan based on the client’s needs. Consultations can happen as a one time consultation or over a period of 4-8 weeks.
